SATURDAY NOVEMBER 15TH 7.30 pm: If you've never been to a "MESSIAH" performance - make this the year you do! Listen to Handel's most stirring and famous work performed in St. Andrew's church (cnr Ann St. and Creek St.) Brisbane. Listen to Liza and three other professional opera singers perform with The Bach society with Neil Mason conducting in this not -to -be- missed event. THURSDAY November 20th 10.30 am QLD time: Liza will perform solo at the Toowoomba City Golf Club - 254 South St. Toowoomba - PH: 0746 369 000. Programme will include favourites from Opera; Ballads; Musicals and a touch of jazz. SUNDAY December 7th: Carols by Candlelight at Pelican Waters (Sunshine Coast) Independent Schools Ground. early evening. Come along and see Liza along with Andrew Pryor and David Kidd singing with The Australian Army Band and Voiceworks (from TV's Battle of the Choirs). You will hear all your favourite carols as well as Phantom of the opera; Time to Say Goodbye and much more! Entry is free. SUNDAY FEBRUARY 1ST: 2pm Tweed Heads Coolangatta Golf Club : Liza will perform with fabulous live band starring Jed and Jean Stone - a varied programme including opera, ballads, musicals and jazz. WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 18th: 11am Twin Towns. Members $5; Others $10. Don't miss Liza and Lachlan's "Lady and the Larrikin" show which received standing ovations at every venue on their Queensland tour of Performing Arts Venues. A varied programme of opera, operetta, ballads, musicals and favourite songs will be on the menu. Their antics will have you rolling in the aisles - whilst their singing will bring you to your feet. TUESDAY MARCH 31ST Tweed River Art Gallery, Morning performance: Following on from their tremendously successful Art Gallery performance - the first ever morning show at the Gallery in August '08 - Duo Diva (Liza Beamish and Kathleen Procter Moore) will perform again at this beautiful location. Both solo operatic artists in their own right, they come together to perform a smorgasbord of beautiful songs and duets which will include "popera", opera, musicals, and celtic music.
